Yoga Pose

Urban Yogi classes are intimate, with a maximum of twelve participants. Our certified instructors teach yogis of all levels of experience to develop and deepen their practice. Students have the chance to challenge themselves in a safe, non-competitive environment. We encourage everyone to honor their body and modify their practice to suit their individual needs.

Our group classes are designed to balance the needs of one’s body and mind within an urban lifestyle. Try one and feel better today!

Vinyasa 1: Great for beginners. Learn and improve upon the basics of Vinyasa Flow, an energizing and strengthening practice to de-stress, detoxify and bliss out.

Open Vinyasa: All levels of experience are welcome. We offer advanced techniques as well as modifications for intermediate and beginner yogis alike.

Chakra Flow: Vinyasa Flow, creatively sequenced to balance the chakras.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion: Mat Pilates meets Vinyasa Flow to create an amazing workout for strength, balance and tone. All levels are welcome.

Hatha Mix: A more classical style with Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures) and Dharana (focus) to explore the roots of yoga and apply them to your modern practice. All levels of experience are welcome.

Yin Yoga and Reiki Healing: A grounding practice of deep, active stretches to release physical and mental stress. Reiki energy healing is offered to assist you in letting go and finding peace.

Yin Vinyasa: A blend of Yin restoration and Vinyasa empowerment. Deep, Yin stretching opens us up to “flow,” Vinyasa style. Great for yogis of all levels, especially those looking to gain flexibility.

We offer custom yoga sessions by appointment on a singular or recurring basis for groups* and individuals. Choose an area of focus and we’ll tailor fit a yoga program designed just for you!
